• All prices listed on the Website are final unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• We do not store customers’ full credit/debit card details.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

• Orders are processed 7 days a week.

• Orders paid before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

• Orders paid after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following day.

• Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

• Domestic orders are shipped via Flash Express.
  Messenger delivery (Grab/Lineman) is available for Bangkok and nearby areas.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery speed and parcel handling are outside of our control.

Due to product safety, sterility and quality control requirements, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Refunds

• Store credit
  This applies to all products, opened and unopened.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Peptides is not liable for:

• Any misuse or improper handling of our products

• Deviation from recommended laboratory handling practices

• Losses arising from courier delays or non-receipt of parcels

• Indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages
   

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website is to stop using the Website.
