At Haus of Peptides, customer safety and product integrity are our highest priority. Due to the nature of our products, and in order to maintain strict quality control standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any products under any circumstances.

all sales are final

Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, the sale is final.
We are unable to offer:

  • Refunds (full or partial)

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Store credit

This applies to all products, whether opened or unopened, and regardless of the reason for the return request.

product safety & quality assurance

Peptides and related compounds require controlled storage and handling conditions.
To protect product sterility, authenticity and safety:

  • No products can be returned to us

  • No returned items can be restocked or resold

Therefore, a strict no-return and no-refund policy is required for regulatory and safety compliance.

damaged or missing items

All products are checked before dispatch and packaged securely and discreetly.

If you believe your parcel has arrived damaged, incomplete or tampered with, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and contents
     

We will assist in filing an investigation with the courier.
Please note that courier investigations and outcomes are handled by the shipping carrier and are not controlled by Haus of Peptides.

lost or delayed parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to Flash Express or any messenger service, delivery times and parcel handling are outside our control.
 

If tracking indicates a delay, routing issue or loss:

  • Customers must contact the courier directly using their tracking number

We will provide support where possible, but courier decisions determine outcomes.

order errors

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.
We cannot modify, cancel or refund orders once submitted because we process and ship 7 days a week, often on the same day.

chargebacks & payment disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving products is considered fraud.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order history

  • Communication records

  • Customer details

to banks, payment processors and legal authorities if required.
