At Haus of Peptides, we aim to ensure fast, reliable and seamless delivery for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.

All domestic orders are shipped via Flash Express.
 

Order Processing

  • We ship 7 days a week.

  • Orders placed and paid by 1:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following day.
     

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and are not controlled by Haus of Peptides.

  • Bangkok and metropolitan areas: typically next-day delivery

  • Outer provinces / remote areas: 2–3 business days
     

Tracking Information

Once the order has been dispatched, a Flash Express tracking number will be provided.
Customers may track their shipment directly through Flash Express:

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free on all domestic orders.

Same-Day Messenger Delivery (Bangkok & Surrounding Areas)

For urgent delivery, we offer private courier / messenger delivery via Grab or Lineman.

  • Available 7 days a week

  • Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
     

To arrange this service, customers must contact us directly before placing an order or immediately after checkout so we can confirm availability and any additional messenger delivery fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

We are not liable for delays or lost deliveries caused by:

  • Misspelled or incorrect addresses

  • Missing building, unit or floor details

  • Unreachable phone number
     

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
